Life of A Classmate

Hiroko focusing hard on her studies. Midterm time is often crunchtime for Hiroko.

Hiroko with fellow classmate and co-worker, Kate Noon, in the Photo Lab.

A vast majority of Hiroko's time is spent doing schoolwork. Since she is an international students, grades are definetly a priority for here. In the three photos above, Hiroko is cracking down on the books down in the Temple Photo Lab, where she also happens to work. I guess it was a slow day?

Recently, Hiroko started attending physical therapy for a knee injury that she sustained during a biking accident earlier this semester. In this colorful elevator, Hiroko patiently waits for her floor.

Hiroko on the "operating table" while the physical therapist checks some readings.

A part of therapy for Hiroko is a massge done with this crazy contraption.

More machine massaging.

The therapist was now feeling around Hiroko's knee to find a tender spot.

A part of the rehabilitation process is to use weights to increase the resistance to joint movements. Hopefully this will have Hiroko up and running in no time.
